Property Inspection & Free Rental Analysis

A thorough assessment of the building will be done to evaluate the critical needs and maintenance required to put the property in its highest and best use for optimum returns. The rental trend and survey of similar properties in the neighbourhood will be explored in order to advice on the income realizable from the property.

We get the property in front of qualified tenants through paid listings on property sites and other platforms. The property is also being marketed by leveraging on the network of professional colleagues and individuals.

Screen Tenants

Prospective tenants will be required to complete a data form which will be used to conduct discreet background check to ascertain the prospect’s eligibility to occupy the building.

Rent Payment And Paper Work

Upon successful screening, the prospect is then advised to pay rent and other fees as agreed by both parties. The tenancy/lease agreement is prepared and passed to the prospective tenant to read and append his signature.

Move-in, Move-out Inspection

We ensure that inventory of fittings and fixtures are taken before a tenant moves into a building. This gives an insight to damages/repairs required when the tenant vacates the property. The tenant is required to restore the building back to a tenantable condition before leaving.

Routine Maintenance

According to the needs of the property, we shall develop a schedule of routine maintenance in order to promote the useful life of the property and enhance its aesthetic and economic value.
