Determine scope of work

We collect full details of tasks and services to be provided in order to give a clear and precise job requirement. The client will be notified if extra work comes up along the line.

Cost Estimate

A very detailed cost estimate will be prepared without leaving anything out. It includes all direct cost like labour, equipment and quantity take off. We shall also include all indirect cost such as running costs.

Contracts

This is a contractual document that will be legally binding on both parties. The document will contain the obligations and liabilities as well as information or resources parties are required to provide. All details of the project like payment schedule, work schedule & milestone, start & finish dates etc will be expressly stated here. It serves as a safeguard for both parties.

Prepare work schedule & commence Work

After finalizing with client on the terms and condition as stated in the contract, we prepare our action plan, get relevant permits as required and move to site to commence work.

Feedback and Report

We furnish client on progress of work and milestones until completion of the project.
